Purchases sent within Northern Ireland/UK will cost £4.99
Purchases sent within Republic of Ireland will cost £6.99
International purchases will cost £13.99

Bulky or fragile items may incur an additional delivery charge, you will be notified of this before your order is dispatched.

DELIVERY TIMES

Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email.

We are a small business and orders will be dispatched within two working days.

Please note: Items purchased after 5pm on Friday and over the weekend will not be sent until Tuesday.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
RETURNS

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 5 working days of receiving your order, via telephone number 02871264462 outlining the reason for your return.

The order must be returned to us within 14 working days of receiving it. You can return it by post or courier.
​
Items must be returned with the correct tags, labels and boxes intact and in an un-used and re-salable condition together with the original dispatch notes enclosed. Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

The Gift Box reserves the right to refuse an item if its determined it has been used or suffered wear and tear.
​
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
